Birmingham-Southern College will launch its second digital classroom, a partnership with Locust Fork High School, on Monday, Feb. 9. Birmingham-Southern opens second blended learning classroom

BSC received a $120,000 grant from the Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham to design and build two blended learning classrooms, one on campus and one at the high school in Blount County. The classrooms—which are modeled after a high-tech digital classroom on the BSC campus—link the college and high school students in an effort to boost graduation rates in rural Alabama.
