Mellon Faculty Renewal Grants-Final Round Awarded

January 18, 2011 was the due date for the fourth and final round of Mellon Faculty Renewal grant proposals. The review committee received 19 full proposals and approved 15 for awards at the committee meeting on February 8, 2011.

Grants were available in four categories: Professional Development, Leadership Development, Personal Growth and Mentoring.

They awarded $102,780 in grants to projects that will be significantly beneficial to faculty and their institutions.  Several awards were for collaborative projects across several ACS campuses. Congratulations to the faculty listed below on their awards.

This round concludes the initiative. All projects must be completed and final reports received in the ACS office by September 1, 2011.
